My friends gave me some "Esther" tulips for my birthday. I can't wait until they come up next spring and I can see what they are like! But for now, I'll be happy with my dahlias. I love the way flowers transform the ordinary into the "fabulous"!!

I love flowers too! I currently have light blue and green hydrangeas in my cream vase in the dining room, because they were free (cut them from a neighbor's yard with permission:).

What a good idea using toothbrush holders for vases! I personally hate using them for toothbrushes because the holes are never big enough for our toothbrush handles, but they'd position the flowers nicely. I love flowers in old jars too.
